My Top 5 Favorite Things from My Vacation
On my recent vacation, my husband and I stayed at a beautiful resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and it reminded me of how affected we are, by our surroundings. Most people love staying at Resort Hotel’s because of the luxury experience they provide. Whether you are on vacation or a business trip it’s nice to get away from a normal routine, and experience something new.
I have put together my top 5 favorite things from our stay at the Majestic Colonial Resort. Inspiration is everywhere, and I hope to include some of these inspiring elements to a few clients’ homes.
The Amazing Pool with Plenty of Shade Structures
The Small Self at the Vanity Area. It is a small detail like this that can add huge benefits to the function of a space. This tiny self-gave us so much more precious counter space room.
The Window Treatment was 2 Different Sheers- Layered for a Soft Beautiful Effect. 
The Abundance of Pineapples. I know how can I add that to a client’s home…but still there was so much wonderful pineapple.
The All Natural Pest Control of Cats. The resort had these cat house built and keep a few cats around. Much as we might keep a barn cat to take care of mice, these “resort cats” were taking care of the lizards.
