The Art of Accessorizing

The Art of Accessorizing

As an interior designer with 20 years’ experience, I have helped so many clients with all kinds of projects but there is no more satisfying job then getting all the accessories completed!  I get hired to handle just the accessories because homeowners might be fine with their furniture but have never figured out how to accessorize.  One poor client lived for 5 years with nothing on her walls because she would buy the wrong things, bring them home, hate them, and return them.

There is a special art to accessorizing and it can elevate a drab space if you do it right.  There is a fine line between cluttered and stylized, just as there is difference between cold and sterile and a simple minimalist look.

Whatever your person style maybe accessorizing is something that doesn’t come naturally to people.  There are some key ingredients most people don’t get so they struggle, waste money, and wind up frustrated.

Since I see so many that find accessorizing difficult and we are all home a lot more then we’d like in this difficult time I created a class with this in mind called The Art of Accessorizing!
