  Hurricane Sandy Design Rescue **NEW EXTENDED DEADLINE**                                                                                  

Artistry Interiors wants to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy to emerge from the unprecedented damage with the fight and style that has always characterized New Jersey!

In an effort to deal with the devastation, Heather McManus Creative Director of Artistry Interiors is offering to give back to her community in the best way she knows how: by providing her top notch design services to five victims of Hurricane Sandy. Your environment is a reflection of the state of your mind.  Artistry Interiors wants to be able to give you back the peace that comes from a well designed home.

To start the process, simply fill out the form attached and email (or snail mail) it back with any available photos of your home.  The Top Five Applicants will receive interior design services of significant worth at no charge, which could include:

* House Call

* Floor Plans

* Lighting Plans

* Paint Selection Consultation

* Furniture Research

* Fabric, Wall Covering, Flooring, and Window Treatment Consultation

No purchase of any of the materials Heather suggests is required.  She will suggest materials and furnishing commensurate with your materials budget and, when possible extend designer discounts.  She can also suggest contractors for required work, who are reputable and who will take your financial needs into account.

Who:                All applicants must live in New Jersey and have suffered damage due to Hurricane Sandy.  It could be from one room to the entire house.

How:                Fill out the application and email it back with photos of the damage.  Applications will be considered now until January 1, 2013 at 5:00pm   EXTENDED NEW DEADLINE is JULY 12, 2013 (EDT).  If you do not have internet access, you may snail mail your application to:

*Any information disclosed in your application will not be purposefully distributed to anyone (other than representatives of Artistry Interiors) with out your permission. Such information becomes the property of Artistry Interiors.  If selected no purchase is required to receive the design services, but all furniture or other non-design costs will be at your own expense.  Recipients will be chosen by Artistry Interiors in its sole discretion.  Applications will be accepted until five recipients are selected or January 1, 2013 at 5:00pm, whichever is sooner.  By applying you agree that Artistry Interiors may take any pictures or videos, of the house or work scene on a before-and-after basis and that those media belong to Artistry Interiors and may be publicly exhibited.  Due to the volume of anticipated applications, please understand that Artistry Interiors will not be able to return any submissions by you.  By making this application you agree that you are over 18 years of age and own (or have the full and unconditional permission of the owner) for the proposed services.  Thank you for applying.  We wish that we could help every home affected by this unprecedented tragedy.
