Christmas Decorating
I recently had the pleasure of decorating one of my clients home for Christmas. This would be their first Christmas in their new home, and they felt inspired to get a whole new color scheme to go with a 12’ tree for their cathedral ceiling great room. My team of elves and I, also decorated her banister, a small unique Christmas tree in their home office, and a few simple areas around their home.
My clients are very busy people who own their own company, Yannuzzi Wrecking & Recycling, plus they have a young active family that keeps them busy as well. The idea of decorating their own home for the holidays seem overwhelming to them. I was more than happy to take care of everything for them.
After shopping for the new chosen color scheme of Cream, Silver and Gold for their 12’ tree, garland for the foyer banister, and a special small tree with all the trimming for their home office, we went to work decorating their home.
My favorite has to be the small Christmas tree in their home office which pays homage to their demolition business, Yannuzzi Wrecking & Recycling. The idea just hit me one morning, and I could see it clearing in mind as if I had already created it. I knew my clients own all the big heavy trucks and their company color is royal blue; so I shopped the toy stores for the right truck and added the company blue in the more tradition manner. I then took a few of my client’s collectable models and added a blue bow, and place them at the base as if they were presents. They loved it as well!
