DO
1-First Impressions Matter!! Make the entry of your home fabulous to set the stage for the whole house.
DON’T
2-Leave holiday decorations out past that season! This says to a potential buy or “if you don’t care about this then why would you care about the roof, plumbing or other major factors?”
DO
3-Have Flowers and Fruit out on kitchen counters and other key areas of your home- these simple things make people feel good.
DON’T
4-Leave a Room Unfurnished. Not only can you not get a sense of scale, but this sends the message that you are willing to take less money because you have already moved on.
DO
5-HIRE a Stager! An Expert can see what you have gone blind to and didn’t think of. If you want that SOLD sign up in half the time and for more money you need to stage your home.
