When it comes to window treatments there are some trends that grow in popularity. It seems that cornices are the latest hot trend for window treatments.

I believe that Cornices are so popular due to that amazing number of options that they can offer. Cornices can be traditional, modern, famine or masculine. The possibilities are endless from the shapes, fabrics, and trim and nailheads.

I have also seen a move toward the cleaner lines of transitional style with all my clients from young to old. I think it’s because we are becoming a more causal society and that carries over into the style of our homes. Cornices are appropriate for any room in your house and offer a beautiful finishing touch to your windows.
